Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable based on the total order value as mentioned below:

• For orders below ₹1,000: A shipping charge of ₹200 will be applicable.
• For orders between ₹1,000 and ₹2,299: A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applicable.
• For orders of ₹2,300 and above: Customers will enjoy FREE SHIPPING.

The applicable shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Dispatch Time

Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next applicable business day.

Delivery Timeline

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, and other logistical factors.

Once the order has been dispatched, customers may receive shipment or tracking information through the contact details provided while placing the order, wherever applicable.

Order Processing

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order, including recipient name, complete delivery address, correct PIN code, active mobile number, and email address wherever required.

Dentmark will not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipment
