Application:

  • This product can only be used by professional dentist in a hospital or dental clinic for removal of a broken root canal.

Prohibitions:

  • It is prohibited when the fractured file is located in the curved part of the root canal and cannot be viewed under the microscope.
  • It is prohibited when the wall of root canal is thin.
  • It is prohibited when the fractured file is located at the apex of root canal.
  • It is prohibited when there is a risk of perforation of the root canal wall during use.

Precautions:

  • Read the instruction manual carefully before use. 
  • Use the original clamping sleeve and bending wrench to avoid damage to the device.
  • The curvature and the thickness of the root canal should be considered before and during the use.
  • It is necessary to detect the direction of the instrument and the bending direction of the broken instrument in the process of using.
  • The instrument should be inspected before and after each use. If the clamping sleeve and needle core are found to be fatigued or damaged and cannot be used normally, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
  • Select the appropriate size of clamping cannula according to the diameter of the crown side of the detached instrument in the tube.
  • Sterilize the product before use.

Product Performance

  • This device can be used under the microscope. Push the handle with the clamping sleeve to clamp the broken device and remove the broken file or other foreign matter in the root canal.
  • The bending wrench can adjust the angle of clamping according to the position of the inflamed teeth. The bending angle is 45 degrees before delivery. The maximum angle can be adjusted to 90 degrees.
  • The equipment is resuable and non-sterile. The product is composed of sleeve and needle core, made of stainless steel material.

Intsructions:

  • Use the G-drill to remove the dentin until the tip of the G-drill is close to or touches the surface of the broken file.
  • Select the appropriate size of guide cobalt (80,90,110 size) and continue to remove the dentin channel.
  • After cutting the dentin, according to the size of the broken file, choose a suitable size of drill, grind the file channel at low speed in reverse rotation (recommended speed 150 rpm)
  • Using the cricothyroid sleeve to remove the dentin around the broken file by counter-rotating at low speed. Until the broken file is exposed 2-3m, if the root canal is too curved for the cricothyroid sleeve to penetrate deeply, use the guide drill (60-70 size) to remove the dentin around the broken file at low speed until the broken file is exposed 2-3mm.
  • Install a suotable size of clamping sleeve.
  • Use the cannula mouth to cover the broken file.
  • Press the handle downward to make the clamping sleeve clamp the broken file (pay attention to the pressure in place), after the clamping sleeve is tightened  (pay attention to the pressure). Press the handle hard and pull out the broken file.
  • Sterilize after use.
